2020年2月26日，上海市普陀区人民政府坚持一手抓防疫抗疫、一手抓经济建设，积极采用远程招商模式，针对红色独角兽（中国）科技发展有限公司入驻中以(上海)创新园，建设中以两国科技创新和前沿尖端科技的孵化、转化、产业化落地的园中园项目，经友好充分协商，由中以（上海）创新园主管单位上海市普陀区桃浦智创城管委会办公室与红色独角兽（中国）科技发展有限公司远程签订了《合作备忘录》。

Through fully discussion, Red Unicorn (China) Technology Development Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “ Red Unicorn (China)”) has signed the memorandum of understanding for business cooperation remotely with the Office of Management Committee of Taopu Smart City, Shanghai of entering the China-Israel Innovation Hub (hereinafter referred to as “the hub”) and building the industrial park for incubation, localization and industrialization of cutting-edge technologies for China and Israel.
中以（上海）创新园是在科技部、上海市委市政府和以色列国家创新署的共同努力下，于2019年12月5日正式开园。该园作为上海市普陀区“桃浦智创城”的重要载体，同时，作为中国和以色列在科技创新领域交流、合作的重要枢纽，聚焦于人工智能与机器人、医疗健康与生命科学、互联网与信息技术等领域，致力于打造一条完整的、具有“寻-研-匹-转-孵-投-产”能力的中以技术转移生态链，实现“联合创新研发+双向技术转移+创业企业孵化”。 上海市普陀区人民政府在努力将中以（上海）创新园打造成为服务长三角、辐射全国的中以创新合作的平台和典范，同时，将园区建设成为“宜创、宜业、宜居”的国际创新合作示范区，以及海内外科技人才和创新团队来沪创新创业的理想之地、成功之地、价值实现之地。
The hub was officially opened on December 5th, 2019 with the support from Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China, Shanghai Municipal People’s Government and Israel Innovation Authority. As an important carrier of Taopu Smart City and an important hub for communication and cooperation between China and Israel in the field of scientific and technological innovation, the hub focuses on artificial intelligence and robotics, medical health and life science, Internet and information technology and other fields, and is committed to building a complete China Israel technology ecological circle with the ability of "research, incubation, localization, investment, production”. The people's Government of Putuo District of Shanghai makes great efforts to build the hub into a platform and model of China Israel innovation cooperation serving the Yangtze River Delta region and radiating across the country. At the same time, it will build the park into an international innovation cooperation demonstration area that is "suitable for creation, industry and residence", as well as an ideal place for domestic and foreign scientific and technological talents and innovation teams to come to Shanghai for innovation and entrepreneurship.
